Glogster wikipage:
At the end of your collaborative research create an individual Glogster Biographical Essay/Poster on Henry David Thoreau.

Glogster Online Tutorial - Created by Traci Blazosky

As you conduct your research, you will work alone or in pairs to research specific questions and, then, to present a summary of your research (as well as your sources) on a wiki we have created for this project. Your final product will be a page that each of you will create independently on Glogster where you will share:
· a brief list of relevant biographical information about Thoreau (seven to ten items),
· a brief summary of Thoreau’s philosophy (one to two paragraphs, supported by at least two to three quotations from Thoreau’s essays) as it pertains to the relationship between the individual and society,
· and a response (three paragraphs) to the project’s essential question (“Would Henry David Thoreau have a Facebook account?”), based upon your review of several articles that examine the benefits and costs of social networking technology (you must include quotations from at least two of the articles provided on the “Social Networking” portion of our wiki).

Post your Glogster title, and your name, with the applicable URL to this page of our wiki.
